Most low-poly asset packs don't stall in Blender. They stall on decisions: how many tris, what texture size, which pivot, what the store page needs.
The Low-Poly Production Kit puts those decisions on paper before you model, then walks every asset through export, QA and launch.
WHAT'S INSIDE
24 working sheets in five stages that follow a real asset pipeline:
PLAN - art bible one-pager, scope & milestone planner, polycount & texture budgets, asset tracker, real-world scale reference.
DESIGN - shape language & silhouette test, palette & value ramps, orthographic turnaround, isometric sketch paper.
BUILD - modular kit grid, texel density planner with formula, UV / atlas layout, LOD & collision planner, prop production cards, naming conventions cheat sheet.
SHIP - export checklists for Blender to Unity, Blender to Unreal and Blender to Godot, a pre-release QA checklist and a versions & changelog log.
SELL - preview render & thumbnail shot list with a crop-safe frame for every store size, store listing planner, pricing worksheet, launch & sales tracker.
FORMATS
- 4 PDFs, 28 pages each: US Letter and A4, each as a Print edition and a Fillable edition (about 1,000 text fields and 350 checkboxes).
- Native layouts for both paper sizes, not scaled: trackers gain rows and grids gain cells on A4.
- Grid sheets are drawn in true millimetres (5 mm cells). Print at 100% and the scale notes hold.
- Print-friendly: light ink use, one accent colour.
GOOD TO KNOW
- It is a planning and checklist kit, not a course. It does not include 3D models, Blender files, videos or add-ons.
- Technical figures (LOD naming, collision prefixes, import hints, store image sizes, revenue shares) were checked against Unity, Unreal, Godot, Fab and itch.io documentation in October 2026. Every reference is listed on the license page.
- Polycount and texel ranges are starting guidelines for stylised low-poly work, not rules. Always profile on your target device.
- Fillable fields work in Adobe Acrobat Reader, macOS Preview and most browsers. Some tablet note apps ignore form fields; use the Print edition there.
